Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the work of consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams on large and complex projects
  • Managing and coordinating activities between the client, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
  • Monitoring the work of consultants and contractors, and ensuring effective communication and coordination between all project participants
  • Monitoring project delivery, deadlines, project risks and key progress indicators from the client’s perspective
  • Reviewing and analysing technical drawings, design documentation, consultant reports, schedules and other relevant documentation
  • Identifying potential issues, deviations and risks, and escalating them in a timely manner to the appropriate management levels
  • Leading and coordinating the team, setting priorities and monitoring the completion of assigned activities
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders and coordinating the resolution of open issues
  • Consolidating technical, project and other multidisciplinary information into clear overviews and reports for management
  • Preparing high-quality project and management reports to support decision-making
  • Supporting the management of projects delivered under EPC, Design & Build or Turnkey models
  • Maintaining a high level of professional integrity, objectivity and independence when monitoring and assessing project delivery
  • Communicating and coordinating professionally in English with internal and external project participants

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering or a related discipline)
  • A Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering is an advantage
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
