Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analysing the execution of construction works, including the sequencing and alignment of project activities
- Monitoring the work of contractors and consultants, and coordinating with relevant project stakeholders
- Analysing potential delays, claims and other issues arising from the contractual relationship between the consultant and the contractor
- Reviewing, analysing and interpreting technical drawings, technical specifications and contract documents
- Monitoring the compliance of works with technical documentation, specifications and contractual requirements
- Working on infrastructure projects and monitoring the use of appropriate construction methods
- Using AutoCAD to review and analyse technical documentation, with the option of using Revit
- Identifying deviations, potential issues and risks during project delivery, and initiating timely solutions
- Preparing clear, accurate and professional project and technical reports, with a clear distinction between facts and interpretations
- Coordinating and communicating professionally with contractors, consultants and other stakeholders
- Managing multiple activities and tasks simultaneously, with a high level of organisation and attention to detail
- Independently following up on assigned activities, taking initiative and solving problems without constant supervision
- Maintaining a high level of professional integrity, accuracy and documentation discipline in day-to-day work
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
